Food options were amazing and had something for everyone. The vibrant atmosphere of Bodrum added an lovely experience to our family time. My relative particularly enjoyed the warm welcome with a refreshing drink and cookie.
My kids wished for better housekeeping. More staff during busy hours would really help families out.

I almost recievd the treatment i deserve at this 'prestigious' hotel, but the cleanliness was utterly disappointing, with dirty floors and even a safety pin behind the dustbin, how lovely! On top of that, i expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles but apparently, that was too much to ask. Let's just say, i won't be returning anytime soon.

We, a group of 7 family members (aged 29 to 67) checked in the morning (June 4, 2011) and, having read previous discouraging reviews on staff attitude, were dreading the check in process, specially since we reached the hotel at 11.30 am (check in time is 2 pm). All our fears were put to rest as soon as we reached the reception counter. Ozlem attended to us and despite a fairly busy period, she was most accommodating, extremely pleasant and courteous. She was almost apologetic that one of the rooms allocated to us was not quite ready at the time and politely reminded us that check in time was 2 pm. We were shown the type of rooms we would be given for prior approval and one was even changed because we preferred a double bed. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and happily served us when ever required. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere around the place is warm and courteous. The location is excellent. You step out on to the main street which can be described as the "upper class" area of Bodrum and has some nice shops and restaurants. The main tourists areas e.g. shops, bars, eateries etc are a 10/15 minute walk away. Check out was a breeze. A minor error in our account was immediately rectified.
Breakfast, pretty good, was served up to 10 am only. For a holiday, the end time is a bit early and up to 11 am would be better. The youngsters in our group wanted to be on the beach. We realized pretty soon that if you want to be at the beach this is not the place to stay, in fact unless you stay at one of the highly priced beach resort hotels, Bodrum is not for beach lovers. For beaches (although the beaches are not the smooth sandy type) are you would need to go to Gumbet or better still, Bitez, both places a very short ride on the dolmus (mini bus) which pasess by the hotel every few minutes and costs a flat Lira 2.75. The dolmus is a hop on hop off service, very convenient.

I think the location is great and the breakfast room and pool area are very beautiful. The cleaning staff were very good and friendly, as were one or two of the restaurant workers / waiters . The food I enjoyed and the chef took time to make the food very lovely. The pool beds were very comfortable and the staff attentive re towels.
The reception staff were totally unfriendly - almost rude-as were many of the breakfast and other staff. I have been here twice and plan to come to Bordrum frequently but it really puts me off to come to your hotel again.I Will look for alteratives.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The entry is understated but the internal pool area , rooms and rooftop breakfast area are excellent. We should have stayed longer.
The room we had was small but did have a nice "Juliet" balcony overlooking the really quite special pool and garden area. Driving to the hotel was difficult and we got somewhat confused in Bodrums narrow back streets. So did the gps. However a helpful staffmember took the car and us to the parking area provided.

We had wake-up service and in-room coffee in the well furnished room with a sofa. The service was good with a quick check-in. Truly enjoyed the location to the old town which is on the east side.

Fabulous location in the middle of it all. Housekeeping was excellent and even did a special display of towels looking like swans!
Half the staff need shooting, the other half re-training. Breakfast is a mele with so few staff and poor service with tables not cleared and reset dirty. Receptionists are aloof, unhelpful and rude. Despite this I might stay again simply because of location!! The management need to manage!!!

Breakfast was tasty! Location is more than perfect! Once we forgot to close our safe and the cleaning lady called to the security to say that our safe is open. They closed our safe and when we were back they told us about that matter. The hotel staff is very responsible! Thanks to them!
You should improve the SPA and relaxation area!

Recommend it for couples and friends
The pool area is just amazing with trees and flowers, like a hidden paradise! We spent hours lounging in those comfy sunbeds and hammocks, best decision ever!
It wasn't inexpensive, but you know what, worth every penny.
